My name is Michael J. Stefonick and I am Director of Career Development for RebuckS Realty, LLC.
Allow me to present my new Hybrid Real Estate Company designed to offer sales associates and their customers options that have not been available in the Low County of South Carolina until now.
As a successful former RE/MAX Regional Owner and Broker Owner, I invested 31 years teaching Real Estate Agents and Broker/Owners how to grow a successful career/business.
During those years, I used technology extensively to differentiate our company from the competition. My strategy worked so well that we became one of the most successful brokerage companies in PA and DE with 1,800+ agents, while marketing over 43,000 sides in 1999. I retired on September 30, 1999.
So, the question is, why am I now Director of Career Development for RebuckS Realty, LLC.? Actually, I am President & Founder of the company, but my only job is to offer opportunity to agents who are looking for a better way of doing business, resulting in enhancing the standard of living for themselves and their families.
I am in the Sales Associate business. I do not list or sell real estate like so many other real estate owners.
RebuckS Realty, LLC is a Hybrid. It is a Virtual Real Estate Company committed to offering the buying and selling public options that, heretofore, have been unavailable in the format we have developed.
The real estate industry is transitioning over to the Internet. With smartphones, laptop computers and hundreds of search engines available, there has never been a better opportunity for the public and the real estate agent to compliment each other.
The Internet will not eliminate the need for competent agents. It will; however, help to drive down the cost for all aspects of the transaction. RebuckS Realty is positioned to be a major provider of those services.
We are presently members of the Palmetto State MLS, which is the only state-wide MLS in South Carolina. This allows us to service customers throughout the state and to assist agents with our virtual technology.
We call our agents RebuckS Mobile Agents because they can utilize all WiFi supported coffee shops such as Starbucks, Barnes & Noble, or any other public facility which is WiFi accessible, to conduct their business. We do not need expensive branch offices which add unnecessary costs for everyone.
Our RebuckS Mobile Agents concept was derived from my idea of having real estate agents work out of Starbucks everywhere. The advantage is Starbucks customers can easily recognize our agents by their custom logo computer skins and know exactly what our agents do. We have instant access to search the MLS. Some of our domain names are CoffeeTeaOrRealEstate.com and RealEstateCoffeeShop.com.
Our RebuckS Mobile Agents are 100% commissioned agents. They set their own hours and schedules. They do not have to belong to a Board of Realtors, thereby, saving them hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. Obviously, they are licensed by their State Real Estate Commission and undergo the same rigorous standards as other agents do while maintaining their license.
We also offer our RebuckS Mobile Agents the choice or option to be part-time referral agents. They can list and sell and earn additional supplemental income to assist in putting their children through college, salt extra dollars away for retirement or even pay off their mortgage quicker. |
